2069 water-based matte oil is mainly used for PET surface printing, and can also be used for OPP, PE, PVC substrate surface printing; It has many characteristics: environmental protection and safety, hygiene and health, fast drying, good smoothness, wear resistance and scratch resistance, resistance to hot pressing above 220 degrees without shedding, low dosage and cost saving, no industrial solvents, diluted with pure water, odorless, almost zero VOCS emissions, no impact on the surface of 2069 matte oil printing, no powder falling off and transferring to the back printing ink, and no composite white dot phenomenon when fully coated with white ink products; Meet the high requirements of the FDA food packaging safety certification standards in the United States.

2、 Process used
1. Directly use the machine or dilute with 5-15% pure water and stir evenly before using the machine. It is necessary to be resistant to water boiling or increase adhesion on PET surface printing. You can choose to add 2-3% special curing agent 2019; Using a 180-200 mesh screen, with a mesh depth of approximately 35-40um, preferably a hexagonal mesh opening, with a moisture content of 3-4 grams per square meter, an oven temperature of 75-85 degrees Celsius, and maximum air volume; The printing speed is based on thorough drying, and an appropriate amount of 75% alcohol can be added to reduce the coating dryness and accelerate the drying speed;

Once printing begins, after the screen plate is stained with matte oil, it is necessary to lift the pressure roller during the temporary shutdown during the printing process, and at the same time, start the idle operation of the plate roller. If the shutdown lasts for more than 20 seconds and does not move, there will be a risk of blocking the plate; A slight blockage can lift the pressure roller and start the plate roller to idle while repeatedly washing with a copper brush until the blockage is completely removed.
