1、 Application field

This product is mainly used for thermal sealing between paper and PE film after precoating copper sheet paper, cardboard and Kraft paper, and is widely used in food, medicine, medical appliances, children's toys and other packaging with high environmental safety requirements.

2、 Technical parameters

1. Main ingredients: polyurethane, polyacrylic resin lotion;

2. Solid content: 45% ± 2%;

3. pH value: 7-8;

4. Viscosity: Apply 4 # cup for 16-20S (25 ℃);

5. Appearance: milky white semi transparent liquid;

6. Minimum film forming temperature: 5 ℃ (storage and use temperature should be higher than 5 ℃)

7. Shelf life: 12 months (sealed storage at 5-30 ℃)

3、 Operating Instructions

1. The adhesive coating on the paper requires a dry adhesive of 1.5-2.5 grams per square meter. It can be positioned and coated on a gravure printing machine using a mesh roller. The oven temperature is set to 55-65 degrees Celsius, and it is recommended to use a mesh roller with a mesh depth of 40-50 μ m to apply the adhesive once when the moisture is dried and the roll is not returned;

2. After gluing, the paper needs to be cured at room temperature (it needs to be left for more than two days on sunny days). In case of low temperature and humid weather, after gluing, please place it in an oven at 40-50 degrees Celsius for 6-8 hours before it can be put on the automatic packaging machine.

3. The temperature of the heat seal should not be lower than 150-170 degrees, depending on the conveyor belt speed and paper thickness settings. The faster the speed and the thicker the paper, the higher the temperature is required;

4、 Precautions

During temporary shutdown, the top glue roller should be kept immersed in the glue plate and rotated at low speed to prevent the mesh roller from blocking or drying the plate; After the glue application is completed, first increase the pressure of the glue roller, keep the net roller rotating at low speed, release the scraper, drain and recycle the glue inside the glue plate, quickly rinse the glue roller back and forth with a watering can (filled with pure water), and use your hand (wearing latex gloves) to wipe off the glue on the roller while rinsing until it is completely clean. The glue mixed with machine washing water should be stored separately as much as possible, and should be used as soon as possible in the next operation period, and should not be left for a long time; After the glue is removed from the glue tray, thoroughly clean the glue roller, scraper, and glue tray, and dry the water. Clean the upper glue roller with a small amount of solvent.

2. Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight, with a storage temperature of 5-30 ℃ and a shelf life of 12 months; Please do not mix with other products, unused products should be sealed and stored.
